Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are looking for candidates who have significant experience with Databricks to join our team. Our engagements are designed to unblock, remove risk, and accelerate timelines for customers who are deploying, migrating, or upgrading a Databricks environment and need an additional layer of consultative or engineering support. We embed into customer teams to help with strategy, technology decisions, and co-development style execution.


What you will do...


This role is for individuals that have a passion for being builders. The Sales Director position is focused on growing the professional services and managed services business by building relationships with CEOs, CTOs and other company executives. You will be responsible for strategy, execution and will focus on aligning the Zencore offerings with business and technology initiatives. You will partner with the Google Cloud and Databricks go-to-market teams to drive revenue into named and vertical accounts.

Who we are looking for...

  • Direct experience working for Databricks, Google Cloud or an enablement partner in either ecosystem
  • Experience building and managing a partner sales region for a high growth technology company
  • Ability to build and grow executive relationships with strategic customers.
  • Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast-moving environment 
  • Experience with large, complex commercial and legal discussions, working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
