Responsibilities and Duties:

Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Data mining is required.

Lead Generation: Conducted outbound prospecting activities, heavy cold calling meeting daily call goals, email campaigns, and social selling to generate leads and set up initial meetings with potential clients.

Qualification: Assess potential clients by evaluating their needs, goals, and budget. Determine if they align with the company's Ideal customer profile and if there is a potential partnership opportunity. Define decision-makers.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and meetings. Understand their pain points and provide relevant insights and solutions to position the company's products or services as the best fit by effectively communicating the value proposition of Dumpster Rental Systems’ products and services.

Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software. Keep accurate records of all interactions and update relevant information to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and target clients' needs. Maintain continuous education on the company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate and differentiate from competitors.

Collaborate with account executives to pass on qualified opportunities and provide necessary information for successful engagements, including booking product demonstrations.

Adapts to changing priorities and business needs by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Must work the hours and location as assigned by management.

Demonstrates commitment to upholding company standards and values by consistently following all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
