Position Summary:
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our success and your own career trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as social media, industry events, and online databases.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for creating net-new sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to management.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior business development experience preferred.
- Understanding information technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
