Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in business development, prospecting, and lead engagement at a global level. Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional LinkedIn networking and prospecting skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on personalization and value-based selling.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable working independently without reliance on CRM automation tools.
