Position:Sales Development Representative
Position Summary:The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. The SDR focuses on strategic lead generation, conducting proactive outreach, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, and government entities. You’ll serve as the critical first step in our sales process, working closely with Account Executives (AEs) to create and sustain a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach through email, phone calls, and social media channels to generate interest in our enterprise software solutions.
- Lead Identification: Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within healthcare organizations to strategically expand the sales pipeline.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by clearly assessing their needs, budget, timelines, and potential alignment with our solutions.
- Relationship Management: Consistently nurture leads through timely follow-up, personalized communication, and relevant interactions, effectively moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring seamless and effective handoffs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of prospect engagement in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) providing visibility into pipeline progress and ensuring data integrity.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Marketing teams to refine messaging, enhance outreach strategies, and improve lead quality.
- Feedback Loop: Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and insights gained from interactions with prospects.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging advancements in healthcare technology to enhance outreach and prospect engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, ideally within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex solutions and value propositions.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in utilizing sales engagement tools and platforms.
- Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated, results-driven individual comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

$49,200.00-$63,000.00
