About the role:


Lumafield is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our incredibly successful growth team. Are you a motivated go-getter who is excited to introduce people to novel technology? What you'll do:

  • Conduct targeted prospecting into potential customers
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Apply an account-based sales approach including detailed research and personalized outreach
  • Work internally with other departments to provide data/feedback you are hearing from prospects
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives by calling and emailing targeted prospects daily

About you:

  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferred
  • Experience working around advanced manufacturing companies
  • Academic background or professional experience in any of the following: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing equipment
  • Account-based selling knowledge and experience
