Sales Development Representative

What does a successful Sales Development Representative do?
This is an exciting entry level sales opportunity! We are looking for driven candidates that want to jump-start their career through sales and business development. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging existing customers to generate interest through our value-added services for the Cross Sales Team. If you want to be a part of a dedicated, winning team where people love coming to work to sell outstanding technology and products, this may be the perfect fit for you.

What you will do:

• Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting existing customers via outbound phone calls and emails.
• Track all contacts and activities in the CRM database.
• Qualify prospects by using strategic questioning techniques.
• Identify and overcome objections and execute follow-up actions.
• Demonstrate high motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast-paced team environment.

What you will need to have:

• High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 year of experience in sales customer service, or related field.
• Experience in sales (retail or other).
• PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.
