Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Account Executive Team and our customers. Your role will be to contact current Rightworks hosting customers to schedule Quarterly Business Reviews with the Account Executive Team, while also managing the inbound call queue to direct incoming calls accordingly. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reaching out to current clients to schedule follow-up meetings with a Sales Team.
Experience fielding inbound calls through a call queue is also a plus. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with our customers, from first contact until setting an appointment with their Account Executive. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.
Responsibilities

Contact clients through cold calls and emails to schedule Quarterly Business Reviews with their Account Executive

Manage an inbound call queue – directing calls accordingly, answering simple product and support questions, presenting Rightworks in a professional manner

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
-
Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field

6 month to 1 year experience in a sales capacity

Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative/Customer Service Representative

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

Track record of achieving quotas/metrics
-
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Experience with cadence software (e.g. SalesLoft)
