SiteZeus is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team! Through our five user-friendly products, we are able to supply every team in an organization with a comprehensive range of tools to drive franchise sales, facilitate market planning, support development, enhance marketing efforts, and streamline operations.

Base salary of $45k - $50k + uncapped commission potential 
This is an in-office position and candidates must reside within the greater Tampa, FL market.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the SiteZeus sales process.
  • Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads.
  • Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade show meetings, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 6 months of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong outbound cold-calling experience.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs.
  • Coachable and adaptable to changing processes.
  • Experience using a power dialer (nice-to-have).
  • SaaS or B2B sales experience (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working with large enterprises (nice-to-have).
  • Previous experience mentoring or training junior BDRs or sales interns (nice-to-have).
