Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in a dynamic team, serving as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. Through engaging virtual sales presentations, you will sell subscription marketing solutions, helping customers achieve their real estate marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include growing revenue through prospecting, identifying, and developing marketing solutions tailored to each customer.

New sales associates will undergo comprehensive training to ensure they have the product knowledge and industry expertise to thrive. This role will develop your expertise in digital marketing solutions and provide you with a strong understanding of the residential real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strategic customer relationships to drive advertising revenue through subscription models.
  • New Business Development: Conduct outbound phone calls, prospecting opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach to build a sales pipeline and secure new business.
  • Educate Customers: Present the value of digital marketing solutions through virtual demonstrations.
  • Initiative and Action: Exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus: Provide outstanding customer support, sharing valuable insights and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Core Values: Live and promote company core values.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in-person college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must have graduated in May 2024 or December 2023.
  • Proven Sales Interest: Demonstrated interest in a sales role.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Interest in managing and growing customer relationships through the full life cycle, including pipeline management.
  • Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to previous employers. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.
  • Virtual Demonstrations: Experience selling to customers or peers, preferably in a virtual setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Energetic, with a positive attitude and competitive spirit.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven and enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior Sales Experience: Preference for candidates with prior sales experience, especially in digital marketing, advertising, or real estate.
