The SDR will play a vital role in Kalibri’s sales efforts and will therefore work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on a daily basis to win new clients. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects; your efforts will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to Kalibri's continued growth.


Primary Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identifying potential customers through various methods such as research, outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile

Outreach and Initial Contact:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social networking
  • Crafting personalized and compelling messages to engage prospects and spark their interest

Lead Nurturing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and providing relevant information
  • Educating prospects about the company's products or services and how they can address their specific needs

Discovery Calls and Meetings:

  • Conducting initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Setting up meetings or product demonstrations for Sales Directors to further engage with qualified leads

CRM / Pipeline Management:

  • Logging all interactions, activities, and notes in Salesforce
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and leads

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and share insights
  • Providing feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine outreach and product offerings

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, email open rates, and conversion rates
  • Analyzing and reporting on lead generation activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and techniques

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a hospitality organization, SaaS, and/or Data as a Service
  • A strong sales track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Able to operate at multiple levels: interact with revenue managers through to General Managers and corporate Management Company executives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and experience with cold calling and email outreach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively in a quota-driven environment

Travel Required: 5 Short Trips Annually (Likely 1-2)
