Our mission is to identify and cultivate high-quality prospects while continually expanding our lead database. The leads we generate are the lifeblood of our sales process, expertly routed to our regional sales teams for nurturing and conversion.

About the right team member

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is not only skilled at qualifying outbound leads but also driven to create valuable opportunities for our sales specialists. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, engaging potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels. You’ll play a crucial role in raising awareness of the Mindbody platform, generating interest, and scheduling software demonstrations that pave the way for our sales team’s success.

About the role

  • Engage with Prospects: Communicate effectively across multiple channels to spark interest and drive engagement.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Use your outbound cold calling and lead generation skills to boost sales volume and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Facilitate Demonstrations: Work closely with prospects to schedule compelling software demonstration calls that showcase the value of our products.
  • Achieve Objectives: Consistently meet and exceed outbound prospecting goals and key performance indicators to contribute to our overall success.

Skills & experience

  • Fluency in a second European language is highly desirable to support Mindbody's geographic footprint expansion into other countries in the EMEA region.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to respond effectively to prospect objections.
  • Thrives in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Competitive spirit and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
  • Excellent teamwork and a collaborative approach.
  • Polished phone demeanor and professionalism that instills confidence in prospects.
