Requirements
Responsibilities:Sales:
  • Scout for potential leads through online research, referrals, networking events, and other channels, establishing initial contact.
  • Conduct cold calls and send emails to initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Schedule and assist with product demos and presentations, both online and in-person.
  • Assist with negotiating contracts and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate in the onboarding process, working alongside customer success to improve client experiences.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Work closely with team leads to refine sales approaches, set targets, and create scalable strategies for sustained growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and improve the customer journey.
  • Stay informed about market trends to ensure Bolsterup remains competitive and innovative.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on interactions with prospects and clients.

Qualifications:Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Recent graduates or students in their final year are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, with the drive to pursue and qualify leads consistently.
  • Confident in conducting online demos and attending in-person meetings.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in Greek with a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with the European market is beneficial but not required.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships, part-time roles, or entry-level experience are welcomed).
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation is a plus, but not required.
