What We’re Looking For
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a driving force behind our sales growth. This outstanding opportunity allows you to shape the sales pipeline at SOTI. If you’re passionate about technology sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for learning new technologies, this role offers a path to join our global sales team.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to travel across North America, attending technology conferences and supporting SOTI’s lead generation programs at major events.

 What You’ll Do

  • Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers in enterprises, focusing on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for our sales team.

  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads (Trials & Webinars) and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.

  • Reengage Cold Leads: Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline.

  • Prospect Networking: Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with decision-makers.

  • Requalification Opportunities: Revive dormant opportunities in the database, bringing valuable business to the company.

  • CRM Management: Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.

  • Product Articulation: Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values, and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Native Spanish speaker. Fluency in English required.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and technical sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with managers, executives, and peers.

  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

  • Knowledge of mobile device platforms (preferred).

  • Polished customer service skills and attention to detail.
