As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, identifying and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities. This role is perfect for young potentials who are eager to grow and develop their skills in sales with the goal of advancing to a Sales Executive position in the long term. This position can be based either in Belgium or in Barcelona.
In this role you will:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Articulate our value proposition effectively to prospects and educate them on how our solutions can address their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions in the market.

The ideal candidate will become successful in this role by bringing these competencies and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we also welcome fresh graduates or individuals with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Dutch and English business proficiency. French is a big advantage.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our product and industry.
