Adonis is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be the tip of our GTM spear. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Successful BDRs will interface confidently and professionally within the market and qualify leads that help build the pipeline for our sales team, making this a crucial role within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and research new business opportunities in the market and contact potential leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, social selling, and other best-in-class modes of outreach
- Achieve call volume, demo and other outreach goals measured at a daily, weekly and monthly cadence while providing a professional experience for prospective customers.
- Maintain CRM with documentation and analysis of leads.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Adonis and our product offerings.
- Educate and nurture leads until they are qualified and ready to speak with an Account Executive according to our qualification criteria.
- Build trust and work with Account Executives to create an outbound strategy and drive pipeline.
- Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-growth startup environment, large scale B2B orgs or healthtech company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and target driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who likes to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results
- Possess strong prioritization skills

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
