This is a freelance position. Project duration: at least 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound prospecting, sparking interest and building strong relationships;
  • Qualify and Nurture Leads: Evaluate incoming leads and ensure they align with company goals, paving the way for successful customer interactions;
  • Research and Identify Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to uncover high-potential prospects, enabling personalized and effective outreach;
  • Engage Prospects Across Channels: Build rapport through diverse communication methods—phone, email, and social media—tailoring your approach to each prospect;
  • Maintain CRM Excellence: Input and manage data in CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records for seamless follow-up;
  • Facilitate Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and coordinate meetings, creating opportunities for face-to-face or virtual discussions with prospects.

Requirements and skills:

    Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in English. German is highly advantageous;
  • Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience;
  • Knowledge of prospecting and sales tactics;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive);
  • Familiarity with various communication tools and marketing channels;
  • Research and analytical skills;

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Persuasion and conversational abilities;
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection;
  • Time management and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivation and coachability.
