About Us

We are a leading provider of innovative business software solutions, including HR and Payroll systems, and Time and Billing software. We are a growing company with a strong presence in Thailand and are looking for a talented Senior Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for our business software solutions in Thailand. You will identify and qualify potential clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of our products. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets for HR, Payroll, and Time and Billing software solutions in Thailand.
  • Prospect and identify qualified leads, researching industry trends and company needs within the Thai market.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, including C-level executives, IT managers, and HR professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contracts are signed in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline, prioritizing leads and forecasting revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in B2B software sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the software or technology industry, with a successful track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time and Billing software solutions and their benefits to businesses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Thailand.
