What You’ll Do  

Come grow your Sales career with us! As a Sales Development Representative, you are the catalyst for change, engaging with decision makers across our vertical markets: healthcare, academia, and government. Your mission? To introduce them to solutions that elevate their operations with data-driven insights and innovation. More business, happier customers, more professional and financial growth opportunities for you. 

What Success Looks Like 

Take part in our inaugural Sales Acceleration Program where your success is our priority. Dedicated Program Leader who will manage, teach, coach and groom you for a successful sales career. All you must do is learn and perform.  

  • Learning the Remi way, becoming proficient at prospecting, and identifying opportunities.   
  • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers across various departments.  
  • Demonstrating the tangible impact of our products on customer operations.  
  • Clearly articulating how our solutions elevate organizations through real-time data.  
  • Collaborating with a driven team to devise and implement business development strategies.  
  • Being motivated by a competitive spirit and the drive to exceed your goals, not just meet them.  
  • Engage with 60+ prospects daily through calls and personalized emails, expanding your network by adding new contacts.  
  • Partner with Business Development Executives to strategize on account development.   
  • Actively participate in 1:1s, team meetings, and training sessions for continuous skill development.   
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce to their full potential.  
  • Embrace a culture of self-improvement, peer-sharing, and role-playing for peak performance.  

Your Path to Growth   

As part of a Cohort program, you will be learning, contributing, and growing business with a team of similar passionate, competitive, and eager early sales professionals.  

  • Offering a merit-based promotion path, with the potential for promotion within 6-12 months, culminating in a Business Development Executive role.  
  • Cultivating a pipeline that converts into tangible revenue.  
  • Nurturing, developing and coaching talent to grow into quota-carrying Business Development Executives.  
  • Perseverance and inner drive to win and grow the business.  
  • The resilience to handle challenges and rejections in a high-energy sales environment.  

What You’ll Bring 

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.  
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts.  
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to share ideas and an appetite to learn from others.  
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.   

Bonus Points  

  • Knew early your passion for sales? Bonus points for individuals that focused on sales in college.  
  • Prior sales experience is an asset, including internships, or any form of direct sales.  
  • Prior SDR experience or having been through a Sales Development program- regardless of industry- would be awesome!  
  • True passion for learning, growing, and winning.
