Support specific sales opportunities, working as part of a sales team, supported by more senior sales professionals. Be immersed into a sales team to learn and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting to support MMS management and New Business Meeting preparation. Support activities related to bid management in a deal, including managing the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, close plan activities, and internal approvals. In addition to bid management, support key activities such as deal shaping and commercial negotiations, and build relationships with members of the client side of deals.
Gain exposure and build skills to support the sales process, working side by side with senior sales capture leads. Be immersed into a sales team to learn and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting to support MMS management, New Business Meeting preparation. Drive activities related to the bid management lifecycle for a deal, including managing the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, close plan activities, and internal approvals. Participate in key activities such as deal shaping, commercials, and negotiations.
- Build a knowledge and understanding of Accenture assets, offerings & methodologies and how they are leveraged to address client needs effectively
- Participate in proposal development activities focused on defining a compelling and differentiating value proposition
- Get exposure to robust deal variety
- Be exposed to and learn from senior members on Stakeholder management - CALs, Sales Lead, client relationships etc.
- Understand decision process around efficient and effective use of business development resources
- Support the development of required internal approvals and to ensure the deal complies with internal controls
- Develop skills to be able to coordinate end to end Bid Management activities across lifecycle of a deal
- Learn and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting to support MMS management, New Business Meeting preparation
- Support the bid manager to manage the activities on the sales message house, the win strategy, negotiation strategy and close plan.
- Support the creation of proposal materials and observe key events in the sales process including orals planning & presentations, site visits.
- Gain exposure and build expertise in commercials, including pricing strategy and deal shaping, legal Terms & Conditions, and coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support deal shaping and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and learn from senior sales professional
