NexHealth is looking for a talented and dynamic experienced SDR Leader to initially lead and grow a team of high-performing sales professionals focused on the Dental and Medical markets while also positioning for long-term growth to lead other leaders as we scale the team and expand into new verticals. We are looking for the right candidate with critical thinking and data-driven qualities who has a passion for coaching and leading to ultimately scale our sales development team and who can build a culture of teamwork, motivation, and excitement for our product while continuously driving a steady pipeline of business to help arm our talented team of Sales Development Representatives.

What You'll Do

  • Scale, manage, and develop a rapidly growing team of talented SDRs and future SDR leaders out of our Draper, Utah HQ
  • Build, implement, and refine Sales Development operations and practices to ensure a high degree of efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization
  • Drive a high-performance culture of A+ talent to achieve and exceed sales development goals and provide a bench of future Nexers that will grow into other departments
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our sales methodology
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly
  • Collaborate and align with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to ensure we are operating effectively as one unit 
  • Communicate effectively within the organization and cross-functional partners
  • Create development programs that support the established promotion path for SDRs

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales management role (outbound/high-volume B2B SaaS call environment REQUIRED)
  • 6+ years experience in sales (ideally SaaS for the majority)
  • Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chilipiper, etc.) and understanding of highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization selling SaaS solutions, ranging from SMB to enterprise companies
  • You have a passion for developing, motivating, and inspiring SDRs to high performance
  • Experience scaling sales motions and can think through career paths, segmenting the team, etc.
  • You obsess over consistency and developing frameworks for replicating success
