Sales & Customer Experience Analytics Manager

Sales & Customer Experience Analytics Manager leads and develops a team of data analysts, having end to end ownership of delivering analytics solutions. This role drives and recommends improvement opportunities to stakeholders, embedding a customer-focused approach to building data solutions. Important part of the role is creating and managing area specific roadmap together with Sales & Customer Experience domain business owners and constantly focus on improving analytical capabilities in Lyreco by developing new data analytics solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops Data Analyst role in the company and builds its awareness among leadership;

  • Creates and executes team’s roadmap covering needs of various business functions as well as ensuring stability of existing solutions and applications/infrastructure;

  • Manages team of experts who works on different stages of data solutions development process;

  • Proactively communicates findings and proposes actionable recommendations to address the problems;

  • Stays up to date with emerging trends and technologies in managed area;

  • Oversees budget execution (HC and tools/applications);

  • Works closely with other data teams to improve analytical capabilities in Lyreco;

  • Manages relationship with IT vendors and oversees contracts used by the team;

  • Coordinates recruitment and onboarding processes, making sure we hire the best candidates in the most effective way and they are onboarded effectively;

  • Sets objectives, monitors performance and develops talent;

  • Ensures compliance with Lyreco IT polices;

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or related discipline

  • Fluency in written and spoken English;

  • 5+ years experience working in data related field supporting various business functions;

  • Experience managing people;

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • Excellent customer focus

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with technologies used by the team:

    • SQL;

    • BI tools (e.g. PowerBI);

    • Python/R programming language for data analysis is a plus;

  • Leadership skills (within team but also in matrix environment);

  • Business acumen and strategic understanding;

  • Great communication and presentation skills;

  • Build relationships: a team player able to build and develop networks;

  • Results oriented: Proven track-record of delivering on targets;

  • Project management (organize and prioritize).
