ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL
- Support Pilot’s channel partner, wholesale, and real estate sales functions with daily opportunity, account, and contact creation within Pilot’s CRM
- Create and distribute monthly serviceable building lists to a subset of Pilot’s partners
- Schedule Project Engineering surveys with building contacts for new build projects
- Provide administrative support within Pilot’s new build project management software, including data entry, data QC, and access agreement curation
- Complete monthly data updates within Pilot’s Connectbase wholesale sales platform
- Facilitate COI requests related to new build projects and real estate requests
- Assist with general administrative support of all sales team functions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of administrative support or relevant experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Quick learner with excellent intuition
- Experience working independently as well as collaboratively across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency (or Experience) with Google Sheets and/or MS Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and platforms
PILOT’S PAY & PERKS
- Salary range of $64,500 - $75,000, based on experience
