Sales Coordinator

What will your responsibilities be?
- Support and execution of running business
- Support of the Mechanisms Sales Teams
- Administration of the sales back office
- Coordinate customer queries regarding the day-to-day business and internal suggestions with involvement of the production plants and the internal departments involved (e.g. Costing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Controlling)
- Compile changes in proposals in accordance with the Sales Manager.
- Monitor costs and proposals for day-to-day business
- Check price completion including carrying out payment reminders
- Check accruals and sales proceeds deferment with the plants
- General office duties
- Support the Sales Managers / Sales Accounts in their daily business
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or relevant field
- Min. 2 years in a similar position (preferably in a technical area or sales)
- Experience with SAP
- MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Knowledge of project processes sales and Marketing
- Technical/commercial know-how
Preferred:
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
- Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback is an advantage
- Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
- Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations
- Ability to take actions & to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner, and to make decisions after alignment with the supervisor
- Ability to take full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control
- Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environment
- Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in workplace
- Support the Sales Managers / Sales Accounts in their daily business
