The Sales Coordinator supports the Regional Director of Sales and Account Directors in selling and promoting Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts globally.
The coordinator will hold Four Seasons Service Standards with the highest regard, and he/she will provide all support functions to their supervisors, including the preparation of reports, input and maintenance of databases, supply ordering and tracking, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing additional general office assistance when needed. The candidate must be flexible, cooperative, able to multi-task, and a team player. A positive and professional attitude is necessary.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with all office sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests when possible and liaising with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
  • Regularly liaise with customers, on-property hotel managers, staff, and the corporate office.  Assist clients during the absence of Account Directors and Regional Directors of Sales.
  • Systems support administrator for the office, which involves ongoing maintenance of the marketing database, support for system users, and generating reports.
  • Creation and management of regular e-communication and hotels’ promotions via the Marketo system or emails, webinars, and events invitations, tracking in Golden Sales & Catering.
  • Coordinate and assist with customer events locally and travel internationally when required.
  • Coordinate sales appointments for the Regional Director of Sales, Account Directors, and sales personnel from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
  • Assist in preparing reports as required by the Regional Directors of Sales/Account Directors, and also to the customers eg monthly production.
  • Sales and administrative duties relating to office management, including inventory control of brochures and collateral stock, ordering office supplies and managing daily trace system.
  • Process and maintain all accounting responsibilities for the office following established guidelines and standards, including completion of expense reports and allocation of bills and time sheets.
  • Provide primary telephone coverage at the office and handles the WSO’s inquiry email for APAC Worldwide Sales Offices.
  • To perform duties on time, follow up and update the progress to the respective Regional Directors of Sales.
  • To represent Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the highest standards, in all areas of work, with our colleagues and customers.
  • To be punctual in scheduled work hours and follow proper Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts employee procedures.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in computer skills (including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and usage of social media i.e. WeChat and H5 (for those based in China) necessary to complete correspondence to support WSO, client, and inter-office communications.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and all levels of management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines.
  • Sales and/or event coordination experience a plus.

Education:

  • University Graduate.
  • Previous hotels’ experience.
  • System savvy.

Experience:

Travel: Travel when required.
