Sales Coordinator

Interested in what will be your tasks?

• Follow up on past due invoices with support of the Sales team

• Drive resolution of invoicing issues - incorrect/missing invoices, self-billing issues

• Prepare credit/debit memo requests

• Work with customer portals to obtain documentation for claims

• Weekly reporting of outstanding AR to Commercial team

• Participate on internal and external meetings

• Cooperate closely with various Order to Cash teams and the Sales team on daily basis

• Support auditor’s requests

• Creation of samples, prototypes, label orders and manual sales orders for non -Scheduling Agreements in SAP etc.

• Customer Master Data (requesting update of ship to, sold to, payers….) and Scheduling Agreements maintenance, EDI Idocs (incl. errors).

• Follow of the errors in the Account Receivables disputes of the Customer Master Data (incl EDI), Scheduling Agreements issues, invoices/delivery notes missing,

• Process standard customer inquiries (long-term supplier Declarations, safety data sheets, proof of deliveries, etc.)

• Dotted line reporting to Sales Manager

What kind of energy we are looking for?

• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting/Controlling

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance

• SAP experience

• Understanding of corporate/company high-level structure

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

The starting salary is at min 1 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
