Job Description
Coordinate the preparations re installations of new customers, demo tastings, events and manage the call center
- Coordinate of Pre-Installation Guidelines
- Coordinate of Removals Equipment
- Coordinate of Equipment and Ingredient supplies
- Receive Incoming Service Calls and Technical
- Assist on Tech Support, Dispatching Technical Services on Site, and follow up on service calls
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years on Sales Coordination and Customer (Service Mind), background (technical)
- Strong Service Minded attitude and Calm and patient
- Able to coordinate complex tasks
- English reading and speaking skills are required - Hands-on, driven, perfectionist - Passion for coffee is a plus.
