As a consultant, your role will entail cultivating strong client relationships, guiding them through an unparalleled customer journey, easing them through an exceptional customer experience tailored exclusively for their journey in acquiring Hyundai vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and transform leads to attain sales targets.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information to secure customer loyalty, actively contributing to the success of all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
- Ensuring the vehicle is properly prepared and ready for delivery.
- Attend sales training when nominated by Company.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to actively participate in on-duty vehicle sales campaigns.
- Gain comprehensive familiarity with every facet of our vehicle/product range to respond accurately to relevant inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
- Fully conversant with Company sales policies and with Company sales and servicing policies.
- Perform showroom duty on a specified day according to the roster.
Qualifications:
- Preferably possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
