Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale, part of the respected Holman Automotive Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team! With earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $110,000 per year, your income is directly tied to your performance, and the opportunities are endless for those who are motivated and dedicated.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify the best vehicle options based on their preferences, including make, model, and desired features.
  • Demonstrate the features and operation of vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Utilize a computer database to research vehicle availability and optional equipment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales and handle financing or lease requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory.
  • Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Ensure customers are familiarized with their new vehicle upon delivery, answering any questions they may have.
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager in resolving customer concerns and issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and department meetings to continuously improve your skills.

  • Proven ability to prospect and sell in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • A professional appearance and attitude that reflects our brand.
  • At least one year of related sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A high school diploma (some college preferred).
  • A current, valid driver’s license is required.
  • Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
