We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team. You will be responsible for contributing to our business growth in the Food Service & Retail sector by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage new customer opportunities, with a focus on acquisition and expanding Diversey's footprint in the market.

  • Technical Sales Expertise: Apply technical knowledge of our products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Challenge existing ideas and propose actionable solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including customer acquisition, growth, and lead conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to challenge ideas and think critically about business growth strategies.

  • Technical Sales Skills: Proven ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products and how they solve customer problems.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in delivering numbers, meeting sales targets, or driving customer acquisition.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the Food Service or Retail sectors, with a focus on sales and growth strategies.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
