Your Day-to-Day

As the Data & Business Intelligence Analyst for Wizeline's Inside Sales Program, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales outreach efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for researching, identifying, and segmenting target contact groups to create a robust list of high-value leads. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure they have actionable data on target contacts, including the necessary insights for effective engagement and communication.

Must-have Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Segmentation:

  • Identify and analyze target contact segments based on company goals, industry trends, and key sales priorities.
  • Use data to create highly focused contact lists that prioritize high-value leads, segmented by factors such as industry, role, geography, and other relevant metrics.

Lead Generation & Enrichment:

  • Generate and compile lists of contacts who meet the defined target criteria.
  • Ensure each contact profile is enriched with relevant information, including names, roles, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and any insights to improve outreach effectiveness.

Business Intelligence Insights:

  • Provide insights and reports to help the sales team understand trends in lead generation, performance metrics, and contact engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry standards for data acquisition and suggest new data sources, tools, or processes that could enhance the sales team's outreach.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target segments, contact criteria, and overall goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness in support of active and upcoming sales campaigns.
  • Fluent in English
