We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.
Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- หาลูกค้าธุรกิจ (Telesale) และสอนการใช้งานในช่วงแรก
- ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ
- รับเรื่องจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (Customer Services) และติดต่อกลับลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะด้าน
- ประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบริษัท
- ทำรีพอร์ตเพื่อสรุปข้อมูลปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่สัปดาห์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ พร้อมกับหาแนวทางการแก้ไข
