Acute Care Technology
This role will report to the Line Manager in charge. The Primary role of the Sales Assistant within the company is to manage the day to day office admin work of the company and support regional business-related activities. This also includes organizing corporate events, office maintenance and liaising with government authorities. The role will also require you to assist the management on all other administrative tasks for the region including organization of corporate events, conferences and air travels for all divisions in the office.

Job Summary
Coordinate sales activities for ZOLL's distribution network, including VP Sales, and Sales Directors for Public Safety, Channel Partner Managers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day sales and operational activities that support ZOLL’s Public Safety and Alternate Care distribution and sales infrastructure
- Research, calculate, and record month sales tracings and distribution commissions for Public Safety and Alt Care
- Execute projects to improve efficiency or automate distribution sales tracings and commissions
- Coordinate and manage sales promotions in Public Safety and Alternate Care markets
- Manage distribution of Marketing Bulletins to the field for Public Safety and Alternate Care
- Work with marketing to help plan, manage, and execute marketing & sales activities for all sales and distributor training events (including Basic AED Sales Training, and accounting in providing information to make sure all accounts and contact information are up to date
- Develops and runs sales activity reports for the Directors of Alternate Care and Public Safety and the Vice President of Alternate Care and Public Safety
- Manages registration and ordering of materials for regional tradeshows
- Provides product information, pricing, and provides insight to order inquiries in Oracle and Pic Pac when necessary
- Manages the ZOLL Employee Program (ZEP) for purchase of AEDs directly from ZOLL at specially reduced cost
- Processes purchase requisitions and check request for sales
- Prepares Manufacturer Representative territory realignments to make sure all territories are up to date for the accounting and contracts departments
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred and
- Associate's Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Microsoft’s Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Oracle
- Organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision to achieve concrete goals
- Must also be outgoing, personable, and ready to interact with sales people, distributors, and customers
- Must be well-organized and capable of efficient time management
- Must be a team-player who is willing to do whatever the job requires
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% annual travel required
