What You Will Deliver

  • Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profit margins, and cost control.
  • Develop strategies for market growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and building a robust business pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and the driver pool to ensure great service, repeat business, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing & optimizing logistics processes, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely service & delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to execute new business initiatives and support overall company growth.
  • Represent the business unit in discussions with partners, vendors, clients, and senior management, providing insights and strategic direction.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep the business unit ahead of market changes.
  • Develop KPIs to evaluate performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation & improvement.

 

Who You Are

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in logistics management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in logistics or moving sectors, with proven P&L ownership experience, including financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to scale projects in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Sensitivity to numbers, with the ability to prepare P&L reports and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and driving them towards ambitious goals.
