Job Title: Sales and Marketing coordinator CEE / CIS

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

The core mission of this role is to streamline administrative processes, enhance distributor relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of customer events and Galderma trainings.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding administrative questions and provide access to tools and the promotional materials HUB.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all system-related tasks, including Coupa and Informatica, and coordinate the purchasing process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize customer events and Galderma trainings, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals.

  • Create, format, and file memos and documents from distributor meetings.        

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams), 
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in  Sales or Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in managing relationships with distributors and coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Proven track record of organizing and executing customer events and trainings.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
