Ferring+You

You will provide operational and administrative support to the Specialty Medicine commercial team, including the Business Unit Head, sales and marketing teams. Through support of the Specialty Medicine commercial team, you will play an essential role in helping Ferring to achieve our long-term ambition of delivering life-changing solutions to patients at every stage of life, bringing hope and joy to families across the world.

Your day at Ferring

  • Support staff in a range of sales and marketing activities.
  • Be responsible for the Specialty Medicine commercial team pre-approval process, including the gastroenterology sales team, institutional account managers, and marketing.
  • Assist with all steps of the contracting process with vendors, clinicians, or other service providers.
  • Assist with raising and administering purchase orders and tracking of agreements/contracts and invoices.
  • Generate budget reports and regularly reconcile with planned activities.
  • Assist with filing, archiving of documents and document-management processes.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and liaise with fulfilment warehouse
  • Plan events, conferences and departmental activities in close coordinate with sales and marketing teams
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of medical conferences/meetings – includes maintaining calendar of events, booking trade stand space, securing/managing hotel room blocks, arranging team travel, etc.

  • Able to analyse and take action without compromising quality within required timeframes

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English language skills
