Position Summary:
Responsible for business development strategies and sales initiatives to increase market share and profitability in different markets in LAC region; developing a deep understanding of the market; evaluating and expanding distribution network; designing and developing long term development plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders; executing, monitoring and course-correcting as needed, in order to accomplish objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adopt a consultative selling approach with dealers and distributors in order to achieve business results.
- Seek and analyze data from a variety of sources to support business development and sales decisions.
- Analyze data and market information in order to gain insights that can be used to manage dealer network and inform business decisions.
- Implement sales programs as needed to support long-term strategy.
- Identify potential partnerships to maximize sales and business opportunities in different regions.
- Gather and maintain competitive information including pricing, products, activities and other relevant information.
- Continually monitor competitors' prices, programs and strategies.
- Develop and maintain regional market pricing models for complete portfolio of products. Establish pricing strategies, recommended sales prices and discount structures.
- Foster long-term relationships with dealers and key OEMs.
- Support development of strategies and tactics to increase market share in different territories.
- Analyze budget and sales forecast for different markets in the region
- Comply with ongoing reporting and administrative requirements of the business including, but not limited to, demand planning, sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Travel to different markets
- Provide direction on business initiatives to all departments including marketing and service in support of long-term strategy, as needed.

- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to navigate in various programs is required
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree, or equivalent preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in business development and sales management
- Solid experience in developing business and sales strategies in different Latin American markets.
- Demonstrate track record of success in sales and/or business development roles
- Experience in marine industry or similar preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required;
The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 - $136,100 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
