Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Analyst with expertise in Incentive Compensation to join our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans that motivate and reward our sales force. This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This is a highly critical role that will influence decision making based on data and actionable insights. This is a hands-on role manipulating data, creating quotas, validating data and sharing insights.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. May be assigned as needed to duties not listed here:
Design and Implement Compensation Plans:
Influence and support the design of the incentive compensation plans for the sales team.
Ensure plans are aligned with company goals and drive desired sales behaviors.
Quota creation and performance:
Create robust quota models based on internal historical data and/or market data
Ensure quotas are created to drive growth across high and low performing territories
Design contest and SPIFs as needed:
Analyze real time sales performance data to recommend any gap closures interventions
Design interim SPIFs as needed to drive inter quarter sales performance
Compliance and Accuracy:
Ensure all incentive compensation calculations are accurate and comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain documentation of compensation plans and processes.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with senior executives to understand business needs and tailor compensation plans accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives regarding their compensation plans and payouts.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation plans against industry standards.
Recommend adjustments to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3~5 years of experience in sales compensation analysis, preferably within a health care or dental company.
Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS)
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Experience in auditing and compliance within compensation frameworks.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
Experience with compensation management software such as Xactly.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
