Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing incoming sales orders through the sales process from entry to final delivery. This role obtains customer, product, and order information needed to process orders. The Sales Administrator position requires the ability to develop effective communication and positive working relationships with a strong focus on customer interfacing both internally and externally.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee inbound sales orders from initial entry to final delivery. Ensure adherence to pricing and terms, and coordinate with Operations to address sales changes promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quoting, pricing, configurations, terms, delivery schedules, freight charges, and bid package preparation.
- Maintain records, including vehicle certifications and serial numbers, ensuring traceability.
- Organize and support customer visits, providing a positive experience and meeting specific client needs.
- Oversee the communication of internal stock truck program.
- Align and verify purchase orders (POs) and sales tool pricing to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor and record won and lost opportunities for continuous improvement and insight into sales trends.
- Process miscellaneous orders for radios, auxiliary equipment, and miscellaneous items, ensuring all items are processed and fulfilled accurately.
- Handle timely completion of customer vehicle Approval Packets
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, dealers, and end users to streamline communication and improve service quality.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
- Ability to encourage and adapt to change quickly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structured environment.
- Proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Superior level of professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and success-oriented.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with evaluating pricing, market trends, and industry requirements.

Pay Range:
$44,500.00 - $68,300.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
