About the role:

Sales Administrative Associate

The Commercial Department drives revenue growth by promoting, selling, and securing business for the hotel. Focused on maximizing RevPAR, the team implements strategic sales initiatives while managing advertising, promotions, and public relations activities aimed at enhancing the hotel’s position.

What you will do:

This role provides essential administrative support to the Director of Sales, assisting in all aspects of the division’s operations and administration. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing bookings and inquiries, and maintaining multiple informational databases. Additionally, this position involves direct client engagement, ensuring seamless coordination and support for the Commercial team’s sales efforts.

What you bring:

  • Possess a Diploma or its equivalent

  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Curiosity and interest in the luxury market

  • Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, position is open to Singaporeans only

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires one to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
