In dieser vielseitigen Rolle kombinierst du Verkauf und Administration für unser Otis One-Projekt in der Deutschschweiz. Du bist sowohl für die Kundenberatung und den Vertrieb als auch für die Koordination der administrativen Prozesse verantwortlich.

Hauptaufgaben
Vertrieb & Kundenberatung

Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich bedarfsgerechter Lösungen
-
Verfassen von Berichten über Verkaufsaktivitäten und Prognosen
-
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und dem Otis ONE-Projektleiter
-
Erreichen der festgelegten Verkaufsziele und Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Administration & Organisation

Koordination und Abwicklung administrativer Aufgaben
-
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Arbeits- und Spesenrapporten
-
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
-
Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
Dein Profil
-
Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein gutes Gespür für den Verkauf
-
Du lernst schnell und bist stark in allen administrativen Bereichen
-
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
-
Idealerweise hast du die oben genannten Kenntnisse bereits in einem Unternehmen anwenden können, z. B. im Verkaufsinnendienst

Fliessend in Deutsch und Französisch (English ist ein Plus)
