Job Description

As an Invoicing Specialist on the Supply Chain team, you will make a positive impact by:

• Managing and overseeing customer invoice creation and submission, ensuring all deliveries have been accurately accounted for.
• Facilitating regular reconciliation of internal SAP system to external client portal, correcting any misalignments swiftly and accurately.
• Placing POs within the SAP system and completing line item receipts as approved.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to open orders and invoicing.
• Creating and managing sales orders within SAP.
• Preparing regular reports on order status, invoicing accuracy and PO completion status for management, as well as customer review.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as: invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales order management, etc.
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role.
  • SAP experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive to always be looking for process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Abilities:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to change course with short notice and reprioritize tasks.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field strongly preferred.
