HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

BSN Sports is hiring a Sales Admin Assistant to work in our Northern CA office and to join our team and the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Research and resolve all discrepancies or incomplete orders
  • Communicate with sales team to better service their customers
  • Handle inbound sales leads
  • Understand company credit policies and proactively obtain and provide information necessary for rapid order processing
  • Respond to Customer emails
  • Managing and navigating the SAP/CRM systems and databases
  • Handling complex customer interactions
  • Communicating and working with management to better assist and service BSN customers

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
