Your Opportunity: DMR Creative, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for revenue and profit growth through the opening and penetration of new accounts and the expansion and retention of existing accounts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships to increase sales within accounts
- Has specific accounts to manage and grow
- Plan sales programs and overcome objections
- Identify influences for customer buying behavior and assist in negotiations
- Identify new accounts or prospects where possible
- Deals are typically more consultative customer solutions with a mid-to-long sales cycle
- Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs
- May be responsible for providing sales quotations as well as sustaining and renewing client contracts
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- May require travel
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline OR 3+ years’ equivalent experience working in sales, account management or customer service
- Proven experience and a successful record of client relationship management
- Knowledge of process improvement and methodology-driven organizational development
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues
- The ability to listen and influencing buying decisions
- Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary internal teams
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50,000-60,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
