    • Create Sales pipelines and strategies to win new opportunities. Clear direction of product offering, sales approach, sales cycle mapping and work on the challenges and strive to win the deal.
    • Set goals and targets as directed by the Company. Has the ability to plan, forecast and prepare how to achieve the target.
    • Manage and collaborate with necessary stakeholders.
    • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical issues.
    • Coordination and collaboration with different functions internal/external including Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering/IT, HR and others
    • Responsible, positive attitude, multi-tasking.
    • Time and Project Management
    • Vast network within the Financial Industry.
    • Good social skill is an advantage.
    • Experienced with a proven track record. Has been in Sales or exposed to sales for min. 5 years.

    • Fluent in Bahasa & English
    • Preferably coming from Financial related industry
    • Has good technical skills
