Sales Account Managers at Auto Glass Now can make up to $100,000+ with our competitive base salaries and uncapped commission potential!

Position Overview

As a skilled relationship builder and influencer, you'll develop and maintain lasting connections with important decision-makers at select customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and valuable insights to drive business growth. These accounts could include major strategic customers, such as insurance agents, dealerships, and fleet accounts, within a specific geographic area.

Specific job duties include:

  • Serving accounts and visiting clients in a defined market area – No overnight travel!

  • Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities.

  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers

  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.

  • May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

  • Representing the brand at industry-related functions such as conferences and golf tournaments

  • Conducting Lunch & Learns

  • Address customer concerns and provide resolutions

  • Keep accurate customer notes within CRM

  • Conducting 10+ daily in-person sales calls

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven sales experience

  • Business acumen

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Candidates with sales experience in the Glass Industry or working with Insurance carriers are highly preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
