We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of experience in sales, looking to build a strong foundation in a thriving and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to promote our products/services to prospective customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 6 Months-1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused: Ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Motivated: Self-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results.
