This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for someone to:

Manage the execution of the overall strategy for obtaining more inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline for a global organization for 100+ individuals supporting $1 Billion in Revenue

Align with marketing and sales leaders and teams to strategically and predictably fill pipeline with qualified prospects and customers for their territories
-
Responsible for coaching and training the SDR talent track by monitoring people in line for promotion and enabling others to progress in their career

Coach Managers on monitoring, supporting and coaching sales development representatives with cold calling, prospecting, follow-up calls and booking meetings
-
Develops and maintains relationships with key cross functional partners
-
Develop a business plan and new business sales strategies for each inbound lead source and major programs that ensure tactical penetration and attainment of direct sales quota.

Plan and lead regularly scheduled forecast meetings on a quarterly & monthly cadence
-
Report on sales activity/KPI’s and forecast to RingCentral’s leadership team
-
Provide focused leadership to the sales team that will foster success based on a culture of customer success

Lead strategic projects and initiatives to optimize conversions across all lead channels i.e. tool usage, tool strategy, touch patterns, speed to lead and beyond

Maintain and continue to cultivate a world class culture
Desired Qualifications:
-
2+ years of 2nd or 3rd line leadership leading a Sales Development Team
-
10+ years of sales experience
-
Successfully mastered the following skills: Sales Management, execute tactical cold/warm calling skills, and prospecting.

Excellent presentation and listening skills; ability to communicate effectively with multiple senior management and C-level contacts
-
Strong grasp of SalesForce.com dashboards and reports*
-
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing sales professionals
-
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
-
Proven track record working with Executive Leadership
-
Strong operational and analytical abilities
-
Experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications is strongly preferred

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $210,000 and $390,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
