RtR Controlling Lead (f/m/x)
in Mars Global Services, Finance Department

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We are seeking a highly skilled RtR Controlling Lead with a strong background in general accounting to join our dynamic team at Mars. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and coordinating financial processes across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our accounting functions.
What would be your key responsibilities?

Collaborate with the R2R Senior Manager to develop and implement the Target Operating Model and roadmap.

Assist in the transition to the Target Operating Model and drive stakeholder engagement and change management.

Manage the period-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of accounts.

Organize and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing timetable with the 3rd Party team.

Prepare and analyze financial results, presenting findings to Controllers and CFOs to identify risks and opportunities.

Evaluate existing processes for effectiveness and efficiency, making recommendations for improvements.

Ensure a robust internal control environment and suggest enhancements as needed.

Conduct complex ad hoc financial analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives within R2R to enhance operational efficiency.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
-
CPA or MBA is a plus.
-
5+ years of business experience with deep understanding of our finance processes and systems.

In-depth knowledge of General Accounting best practices, processes, and internal controls.

Experience with structuring and managing projects/project management skills is a plus.

Fluency in English.
