About the Job Opportunity
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the technical execution of PartsSource’s service implementation projects for healthcare organizations. Reporting to the Director of Customer Onboarding - Services, this role ensures a seamless deployment of PartsSource's service solutions by training hospital staff, conducting inventory assessments, configuring workflows, and bridging communication between sales and service teams.
This position is a key liaison between internal stakeholders and healthcare providers, ensuring that implementations are strategically executed, aligned with clinical engineering workflows, and result in successful service adoption. The Implementation Manager will be hands-on in gathering critical operational data, facilitating workshops, configuring service plans, and ensuring accurate equipment tracking.
What You’ll Do
Implementation & Service Execution
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for PartsSource’s service solutions, ensuring smooth workflow integration within hospital environments.
- Serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact for clinical engineering teams, ensuring all service implementations meet hospital compliance and operational requirements.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions to educate clinical staff on service workflows, equipment tracking, and implementation of best practices.
- Perform inventory assessments by capturing equipment details, serial numbers, and locations, ensuring accurate service execution.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs, accurate project scoping, and successful service launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Event Management, and Service teams, ensuring smooth transition and data accuracy throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Service, Product, and Operations teams, to refine implementation processes and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges by creating scalable workflows, documenting processes, and standardizing best practices.
- Support the ongoing development of implementation methodologies, working closely with leadership to refine service execution strategies.
Technology & Configuration Management
- Own the configuration of workflows and service plans, ensuring seamless integration into hospital operations.
- Provide technical expertise on service registration and operational requirements, working with internal teams to ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Ensure accurate documentation of equipment data, service history, and implementation records to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish strong relationships with clinical engineering teams, C-suite executives, finance teams, and clinical staff to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, providing expertise on HTM workflows, imaging operations, and service best practices.
- Drive user adoption and engagement, ensuring that clients fully integrate PartsSource’s service solutions into their operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience working in healthcare technology management (HTM), clinical engineering, or medical imaging service environments.
- Ability to navigate hospital workflows, engage with cross-functional teams, and drive service adoption.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot implementation challenges and refine service execution strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading training sessions, onboarding hospital teams, and supporting large-scale healthcare implementations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site training, inventory assessments, and service implementation support.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical engineering, hospital imaging, or HTM service management.
- Experience leading hospital equipment service implementations, including inventory tracking, workflow optimization, and operational handoffs.
- Strong understanding of hospital compliance requirements, service delivery workflows, and technical configurations.
- PMP certification or formal training in project management preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and project management tools.
